    I say there's no way they'll get Michael a real, human hand. It would make a laughingstock of the brutal, shocking twist of cutting off his hand, which we've been praising so much (and rightfully so). I think they'll try and either fail, or Michael realizes he doesn't want to take that risk (it looks like a highly experimental procedure and Birkhoff said it was dangerous). He has a long way ahead of him to recover from the physical and mental damage of what happened, and that's much more compelling than magically fixing it by making him grow a new hand.
