Quinn is back!
After breaking off her engagement with Barney (Neil Patrick Harris) earlier this season, EW has learned that Becki Newton’s Quinn will return to How I Met Your Mother for an episode, set to air April 15.
Details about Quinn’s return are being kept under wraps, but that’s not a surprise. This season of HIMYM has seen a few high-profile guest-star returns that were shrouded in secrecy, including Joe Manganiello, Rachel Bilson, and most recently, Kyle MacLachlan’s The Captain, who appeared two weeks ago to offer Lily a job.

Oh great.
ReplyDeleteBOOOOOO!! Looks like she'll come back to win Barney? Will Barney's feelings for Robin be enough for him? I hope so. *Fingers crossed*
ReplyDeleteI picture a scenario in wich Quinn return to work as a stripper and Barney tryes to convince her she can do better... Cause aside from his fellings for Robin, he really cared about Quinn.
ReplyDeleteThis should be interesting.
ReplyDeleteWow, why is she coming back???
ReplyDeleteAnd this just came to my mind:
ReplyDelete"I made a mistake, i would have been happier with the other tie?"
YES!!! I love Quinn!
ReplyDeleteAs much as I'd LIKE for her presence to rock the boat, I honestly don't think it'll be too big of a deal...maybe if she was lined up for another episode or so after that one, but 20 minutes doesn't leave too much time for her to have too big of a role. Unfortunately.
In 8.07: The Stamp Tramp, Barney was looking for a new strip club because Quinn started working at Lusty Leopard again. I don't see them bringing that up after 6 months.
ReplyDeleteNot happy about this at all why do they have to bring back the worst character in the history of this show? This news made my mood change from happy to really pissed off.
ReplyDeleteI don't see an issue. Barney marries Robin, we all know it. So, chill guys. She's gonna show up, find out about the engagement, maybe shake things up a little bit and we'll probably get an adorable scene at the end of the ep in which Barney admits to Robin that he definitely made the right choice or something like that. I say let her come.
ReplyDeleteLooking forward to it. I actually really liked her.
ReplyDeleteI agree with this 100%. And I liked Quinn, so I am up for this. I think Becki Newton is great
ReplyDeleteQuinn is extremely far from being the worst character in the show's history. Don't criticize her just because she dated Barney and prolonged his separation from Robin for another half-season
ReplyDeleteNot judging I just never liked her because of all the stuff she did to Barney. Plus, he never loved her enough or trusted her enough to go through with marrying her.
ReplyDeleteWell, to be fair, she was just doing her job. And also to be fair, Barney has done way more despicable stuff over the course of the show than we ever saw Quinn do, and obviously everyone loves Barney.
ReplyDeleteWe all know there is a wedding. How does it follow they get married?
ReplyDeleteThere is footage of Robin dancing with her father. The dance usually comes after the actual wedding...right? Honestly, I don't know all that much about american weddings but I assumed they were similar to the ones i'm used to. I don't see why she'd be all happy dancing with her dad if the wedding had gone sideways.
ReplyDeleteBecause the writers have confirmed that they DO end up getting married.
ReplyDeleteIf this episode is about Barney's bachelor party, maybe they call a stripper, and turns out to be Quinn.
