(Presumably in anticipation of his marriage) Barney puts his apartment up for sale and holds an open house; we see a series of prospective buyers--married couples, single women, single men--and, of course, Barney's varied reactions to them. One buyer mistakenly believes that Ted and Marshall are a couple.
