I'll surly miss Mulan on ONCE, but we'll probably not see her much on there anyways.
ReplyDeleteMore Jamie Chung is never a bad thing.
ReplyDeletequite a few CBS pilots have really interesting casts
ReplyDeleteIsn't this NBC, not CBS?
ReplyDeleteMe too! I goggled Johnny Sequoyah but i don't know her work...
ReplyDeleteYa. I'm not familiar with miss Sequoyah's work and I haven't found any pictures yet, but I think a lesser known is a good thing. They look like an interesting cast so far, but I have to tell you I'm more interested in the Inhuman cast. I'm dying to see those leads! (let alone see what the androids are going to be like! Not to mention I'm hoping for at least one Bad Robot familiar.)
ReplyDeletesorry I mixed this up with another pilot, this is NBC. Still good casting.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the link, still doesn't ring any bells! And yes!! i can't wait to see who they hire to play the droid,or droids (more than one?) !!! In a way it would be cool to keep it under wraps but really, who wants to wait! If they did get a Bad Robot alum it would be more than we could ask for!!!
ReplyDeleteSure!
ReplyDeleteAbout "Inhuman" - It's in a futuristic setting. LA Cops are each paired with a human-looking android! Additionally Wyman used the word "bombastic" to describe it! So I'm thinking something along the lines of Red Universe Fringe Division in terms of the kinds of characters and feel.
You had me at Jamie Chung and Sienna Guillory. Hope the NBC curse doesn't get to this show if it gets picked up. Will miss Jamie on Once as well, but I assumed that that storyline was never coming back. Oh well.
ReplyDeleteYou had me at Jamie Chung and Sienna Guillory. Hope this show doesn't get the NBC curse if it gets picked up. I guess we won't be seeing Mulan back on Once, but sadly not too surprising. It's a shame, but better for Jamie to get a show of her own.
ReplyDeleteLol,i meant she didn't ring any bells, not the show! :D
ReplyDeleteYou had me at Sienna Guillory, then Jamie Chung was mentioned and now I'll be checking this one out.
ReplyDeleteAdd me to the list of people bummed over what this might mean for a Mulan encore on Once (and I really do miss her and Aurora. I wish they'd both com back)... other than that the pilot does sound interesting and so has the casting so far.
