I kind of love Cat's "I can handle the constant threat of some shady paramilitary research company coming after me but I want no part of some stupid g*ddamn love triangle" attitude.
Ok, I was completely supportive of the whole Alex thing because it would lead character development for Vincent's character. But why, oh why, do the writers have to make me hate Vincent in the process, is just beyond me. Couldn't they handle the situation without making him a total jerk?
Vincent, you want your old life back, to be a doctor and marry your childhood sweetheart. I kinda get it, Good Times, but when the rebels attack that Nigerian traveling clinic, and you tear the place apart and everyone in it, you might have some explaining to do. Oh yeah and Catherine won't be there to save you, she'll be off stalking Claire, the heir apparent of Murifield and J.T. will be wishing he could have those ten years back.
ouch!!, I can't blame Vincent, after all, he's still a human being, but you're right, his current condition, it's his reality now, and he can't escape from it, sad but true, if he wants to keep himself and everybody around him safe, he has to drop the idea of living a normal life... wow, that sounds really cruel, once he realizes that, he will need a big hug.
Vincent is really beginning to get on my nerves. He has been a jerk to Catherine since his crazy Ex has been around and it looks like it continues. How in the world are the writers going to make me love Vincent again? His selfish attitude rubs me the wrong way especially because it's at the expense of Catherine's feelings. We better be seeing him on his hands and knees begging for Catherine's forgiveness because I'm ready to just tell her to move on, she deserves better.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
