There's plenty about this Sweeps poster that's just plain confusing but I'm going to ignore all that and just be glad the promotional department decided to include Bonnie and Jeremy for a change.
Pretty much the exact same reaction - don't get the houseguests thing, or why Klaus is in a mirror, or even what Bonnie's role is, exactly - but I'm excited for a poster that isn't the triangle or the triangle plus Klaus. Not that I'm against the triangle (or Klaus), but having the main storyline be something else for a while might be nice. So yeah, pretty happy Bonnie and Jeremy are on there, especially with Jeremy rocking the crossbow.
That's just it. It could be many things: - "Houseguests" could be their clever way of saying people they need to kill. - It could refer to the dead rising, whom they'd also probably need to kill. - "Houseguests" could be literal in that one or more of the teams are closing ranks and will hole up at the same location. - It could mean nothing at all. It's just some promo dept. drone's idea of a cool theme for a poster.
So, yeah. The poster is vague and completely up for interpretation.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.

ReplyDeleteJeremy is looking pretty good in that poster. I'm so happy he has a storyline (and a trainer).
ReplyDeleteYeah, what's up with the houseguests thing?

I'm shocked Bonnie and Jeremy made the sweeps art. Happy, but shocked.
