    This show is completely on fire this season, like every episode aired this year has been terrific. I cried a hell of a lot during this episode and usually I don't during 30 Rock. Kenneth getting the NBC job, the cast and crew of TGS quitting for Liz and then Liz getting her two children. Really great and the finale is going to be amazing I feel.
