  2. I will never understand why Ginnifer Goodwin and Lana Parrilla have so little scenes together on Once Upon A Time. If I had two actresses of this caliber and with their chemistry, I would write for them all the time. This sneak peek is a perfect example of how great they are together. I hope they explore the Snow White and Regina story a little more this season.

  3. I'm so confused about where Snow and Charming got an army when Snow hasn't even changed her outfit.

  4. I'm lost....but ya gotta love the puppy! When did they add the Dalmation????????

  5. It's Archie's dog. He's been in it since the pilot.

  6. Ha! Yep he sure has,d'oh!

  7. Pongo! I'm hoping he's our Vincent. I find it curious that a dalmatian would end up with a cricket...(It would be even weirder if Pongo was human in another reality!)

  8. Well that's me,i don't remember the sequel. :P

  9. Ya the novels are by Doddie Smith and Disney (like always) adapted the first one (a couple of times) and made their own sequel...

  10. Oh I remember owning that book when I was a kid! It was so strange.

  11. Cool! I never knew it existed until I was much older! I have a paperback copy, but I have been itching to by a first addition hard back for a few years.

I am kind of hoping these two will interact a lot more in Storybrooke now, if not, a damn shame...

Since they are so intent on building Snow and Charmed as "people chosen rulers", the most likely answer is that they got their army the way USA during war of independence

Will of the common folk, blah blah, foreign help, blah blah, good banding together, blah blah blah,

  14. Did Disney ever make a movie out of it?

  15. I wish I still had mine now that you mentioned it!

I remember being confused that Pongo was in the story when it had a totally different feel from the 101 Dalmatians movies. lol I didn't know the movie was from a book, the first one, and that it had been "disneyed" up. I've never read the first book.

  16. I'm assuming it is the same fighting King George army that they had a few episodes back as that is the outfit she is wearing.

  17. Really? That's fascinating.

  18. Agreed - with both. I've been so disappointed with how little actual interaction they have had so far.

  19. Wow! I want this ep now! I need more EvilQueen/Snow and Emma/Regina scenes! I missed that in the first part of the season!

  20. Wait the writers can actually decently write fpr this show? More of this please! :D

  21. Na, I think it was too far out, even for Disney. (although I think they have a puppies in space movie?)

  22. Ya! I can give you a wikipedia link if you would like...

  23. Yes and what's even worse is their lack of interaction doesn't make sense plot wise. They are Snow White and the Evil Queen, supposedly, the story pretty much revolves around them. And yet they never share screen time. When they do, it's awesome - remember the cell scene, when Regina grabs Mary Margaret? That was amazing.

  24. Normally I love how the wardrobe dept. dresses Lana Parrilla but that thing looks like something Cher would have worn to an awards show in the eighties.

  25. Is something wrong with the player? I'm getting the springboard default image instead of the active media window...

that armor on Regina is too much.

  27. I get when I use my work computer.

  28. I'd just really like them to explain it though. Because what is likely only a few days before this we saw them murdering these guards in an attack on the castle and then taking over the council room. Then in Lady of the Lake we saw that George still had his men and still had his castle and they're killing more soldiers, but somehow they have an army despite never seeming to talk to anyone other than the dwarves and Red.

To be honest, I find this whole idea very interesting and I want to see how Snow and Charming base their government just because we see them in George's castle and their council consisting of people who helped them overthrow the previous government and four soldiers and no other representatives.

  29. Yeah, that's what I don't get. The army they were killing just a few episodes ago is now bffs with them? Is it because Charming is still pretending to be James? Or did they get an army from nowhere despite talking to nobody and only knowing slaves and two women who run a farm? Is that why George thought it might be a big deal, because people had gotten killed because they thought he was someone else?

  30. In the most non-confrontational way possible, I think you might be confused. Snow and Charming were leading an army against King George--they didn't take over King George's army. Snow was a beloved princess and everybody hated/feared the Evil Queen. After the true love bubble wave, they set out to get back the kingdom. They haven't (yet?) shown them raising banners, but for me the logic is the goodwill/hope they narrated about got people to want to make life better and join their banner to fight George and Regina, but I have no idea on the timeline for that either. We see the fairies come join them, so that's a pretty big ally. Cinderella was part of it, the dwarves. Pretty much all the "good" characters join them as soon as they meet them, Lancelot switched sides, so for me the issue of recruitment isn't a major plot hole.

  31. Oh man. I LOVE that scene. And I love in the commentary how Lana says that she improvised the touching Snow's cheek because she thought that Regina would miss touching Snow and that her instinct is to comfort Snow even while in the process of trying to destroy her. That she's just such a fractured person who can't even come to terms with her feelings for Snow and decide what she really wants. It's that harsh dichotomy that makes their relationship so fascinating that I just want to see SO many scenes between them.

  32. I'm not confused. They're in George's castle with soldiers dressed in the George's banner. So obviously they DID take over George's army.

What proof do we have that they will/did make life better than George or Regina? What proof do we have that George or Regina were particularly bad rulers? They're bad people but then so was Snow's father and he considered himself a great person and a great ruler. And we have no proof of Snow and Charming running their kingdoms in any other way than the way George did. There's actually no proof of anything in regards to the 'common' people because only the nobility or those who become nobility are focused on.

  33. I thought I was the only one. Yeah, the Evil Queen's outfit in this sneak peak looks terrible. I'd go a little further and say that both women's hairdo's don't look great to me either. Apart from those minor quibbles, I'm looking forward to this episode.

  34. Too far out? Disney owns Star Wars now, it starts in a Galaxy far far away. :P

  35. It seems to have been just a temporary glitch. It was working fine about an hour after I posted my question.
