    Since this is a spoiler forum, I'll say that I'm pretty sure that Nick and Jess will kiss. They probably won't kiss in THIS scene. But they will kiss in this episode (most likely in the ending scene to surprise the fans). But all the spoilers websites have basically confirmed a Nick and Jess kiss.

    The development is supposed to happen when they're drunk... They don't seem particularly drunk here, but who knows!

    ALSO, there's a spoiler for a future episode where Schmidt finds out that they've moved past friends and freaks out about it. So if they kiss in this scene, it can't be all that happens cos Schmidt's there!

    I have a feeling they won't kiss in this scene at all, but later that night when everyone has gone elsewhere.
