    I wouldn't worry too much about the spoiler, we don't have all the info on it. It's been spoiled that Nick and Jess "don't officially" get together YET. So if he sleeps with someone else, Nick/Jess aren't dating yet. And Jess is still dating Dr. Sam. So I don't see this as cheating or an issue. It would be a HUGE thing if Nick/Jess were already an official couple. But they aren't together YET. And Jess is going to get another quick love interest, too. I still think Nick and Jess will get OFFICIALLY together in the "couple" sense at the end of this season, maybe episodes 23 or 24. So keep watching! I heard good stuff is coming for Nick and Jess!!!!

    We don't have enough info as to what is coming up in the next few episodes. So we don't know the full story. I'm still TOO HAPPY to feel sad about any of these "tiny scoops" type of a thing! When Nick and Jess finally become a couple (hopefully by the end of season 2), I don't see either of them ever cheating on each other. While, they are still "not a couple"/figuring things out, it will probably get messy! But I hope we can trust the writers!!!

    No one said anythign about cheating when they get together.

    However right now they are not together. Jess is with someone else and Nick is floundering. So, just speculating, a logical theory here would be, that as Jess decides to break it off with Sam and maybe give her and Nick a go, Nick sleeps with someone else.

    It's going to get complicated with Nick and Jess! She still has Dr. Sam and another love interest coming. So I'm sure it will be a mess! And Nick will most likely get another short love interest. So there will be misunderstandings and such! But writers know how popular Nick and Jess are with the fans, so I'm going to trust them. I hope Nick/Jess will officially become a COUPLE in THIS season. I don't want to wait!
