TVLine has learned exclusively that Diego Klattenhoff — who has played Brody’s army buddy and the “other man” in his marriage to Jessica — will not be back as a series regular in Season 3.

    That is actually very good news. Not to be disrespectful, but I've always found him the weak link in Homeland's cast.

    I never even realized he was a series regular in season 2. Feels more like a secondary character.
