Here's what I have heard so far most of them are official by CBS and various online sources that work on the show

3.12 (3.14) - 'Kapu' (Forbidden) - Monday 14th, January 2013
2.18 - 'Lekio' (Radio) - Saturday 19th January, 2013 (Repeat)
3.13 (3.15) - 'Olelo Ho'Opa'I Make' (Death Sentence) - Sunday 20th January, 2013 (Special Time)
3.14 (3.10) - 'Hana I Wa'Ia' (Scandal) - Monday 21st January, 2013
3.02 - 'Kanalua' (Doubt) - Monday 28th January, 2013 (Repeat)
3.15 - 'Hookman' - Monday 4th February, 2013 (now confirmed by guest star Jason Koger earlier on Facebook)
3.16 - 'Kekoa' (Brave One/The Soldier) - Monday 18th February, 2013 (may not be confirmed but director Larry Teng has said this wil be shown on ths date currently filming in Hawaii right now)
3.17 - 'Pa'ani' - No date yet. Will be filming in a couple of weeks with 2.02 director Jeffrey Hunt directing

Also for the Aussies Season 3 DOES return on the 28th January at 21.30pm on Ten with 3.11 - 'Kahu' (Guardian)

    Thank you Nardia ! Thanks to you I have a pretty clear idea of the upcoming episodes ! It was really bady done, they mixted everything and production order isn't at all the same than the episodes order!
    I really hope it won't be a mess in the story and the main plots :)

    I think there is a problem with the number of production's episodes ^^
    3x05 -> 3x07
    3x06 -> 3x05
    3x07 -> 3x06
    3x08 -> 3x08
    3x09 -> 3x11
    3x10 -> 3x09
    3x11 -> 3x12
    3x12 -> 3x14
    3x13 -> 3x15
    3x14 -> 3x10


    This means that the number of production of 3x15 is the 3x13 ? Right ? ^^
    I'm confused xD

    After that incredibly obnoxious 'gun control' tirade by Scott Caan the show should be cancelled. Unless people are free to respond frankly, as long as it's not profane, I see no reason for censorship here.
