Sooo no Hawaiian named episode just 'Hookman'. This is the take from the original Hawaii Five-0. will be interesting saw the original one on Xmas Day was really interesting. Peter wll also be directing the episode I read in the post
ReplyDeleteOh yes I can confirm just remember reading on Masi's Twitter with another pic that I saw that I didn't post he said the writer is Joe Halpin and the director is definitely Peter Weller

Yes the original was also titled 'Hookman' 6.01

ReplyDeleteBut it was said that in the original serie it's Steve's father and in this one it will be Steve himself intead of his father (course he's dead lol) ... was it confirmed ??? I don't see anything on FB or Tweeter ...

ReplyDeleteOne problem I have with this episode is that we already know the way it goes from the old H5O ep. However, having not seen that episode, I am looking forward to it. And it includes Peter Weller, who was just an awesome villain on 24 (Christopher Henderson). I hope they don't underuse him.
ReplyDeleteI don't think it'll be all exact at all they'll make changes maybe he'd be a return and looking for revenge wth a flashback to show that John was in trouble like they did with August March

ReplyDeleteWith August March, I got the feeling from the press release that there would be loads of flashbacks to the original series, but there was only like 2. Also, Ed Asner played March in both the original AND the new series so they could flashback. Weller didn't play the guy in the original, so I doubt there will be flashbacks.

I think there will be flashback(s) with Steve's father since William Sadler was on set for two days at the beginning of the week.
Oh !!! Thanks a lot !!! I read it but I wasn't sure I had right and I didn't remember all ! Thanks again ! So I guess you're right and we'll have flashbacks during the episode ! Can't wait to know what happened before the pilot :p
