    I think calling it "their fault" is wrong. I believe they deserved compensation for what happened. But money doesn't grow on trees. They should at least have the modesty since they did win to acknowledge that their compensation has to come from somewhere, and since it is the hospital they blame then the hospital has to find way to pay. He can't have the cake and eat it too....
