  6. The creation of September! awesome.
I'm starting to think this reversing of time has always happened and this timeline (amberverse) is sort of a prequel to blue/redverse (but I don´t know why Peter would have come to this timeline then, unless all worlds are conected through him - maybe that's why he is important).

  7. where did you hear that???

  8. The plan, Walter's plan, that is, will reset time. But will the plan work?

  9. Soon.. soon. :) I think this episode will be awesome! *Star pushed. Push the star every 108 minut- wait. Everytime a new Fringe news comes up. :D*

  10. Yep,that's what i've been saying, but then again i would love it if they ended with S3 to include the Redverse.I would like their characters and world to survive too!

  13. I am thinking something... what if resetting time was just misleading us ? Who knows ! And for me, it's not the creation of September, but the creation of Donald !

    ReplyDelete
  14. I am suspicious that the reset they want would work, but whatever happens, I hope there is some happiness and that annihilation isn't the answer.

Really cool promo! Looking forward to the Observer mythology aspect in this one!

  15. Well actually she is writing the second book, "Burning Man" now, but weirdly amazon has it for pre-order and not the first book, Zodiac Paradox...

  16. I know we have been waiting a long time for this..now watch, they are going to leave that for Septembers Notebook because they didn't have the time! Promo looks great!

  17. You know i never watched Felicity,i guess i should,sounds interesting enough!

  18. For me it's a matter of semantics, depending on if we are dealing with 2 timelines season 5 or not...

In Lost we don't get to see the new branch of that the alleged reset created, except that IMO the flash side ways was allowing us/the characters to experiences/glimpse the up coming time line they had created...one where 815 doesn't crash...and then they move into it after remembering the past time line-to recognize the connection and the progress.

So I am interested, but wondering if there will be a catch 22 with this repeated idea?

    ReplyDelete
  19. I had wondered too if that was the case...because there could be a catch 22 with the original time line constantly being entangled with all the other iterations. The we would have to figure out if the child Observer 'went missing twice' (before and after the amber time lines) or going back to what Inner Child said, there is more than one of them!?

The only other way I think it could be is that The observers have continious preserved there universe/time line, while ours kept getting destroyed, providing them with a loop hole (if there origin date is post when the universes die, then other versions are never made), and the machine did create the amber universe, but for some unknown reason, the observers came back and invaded our new time line. And we're really dealing with 2 time lines in season 5 (out side of the red universe)

  20. The mythology of it doesn't show it's head until the last 5 episodes!

    ReplyDelete
  21. Yeah,i wonder which direction they are going myself, and now more so. I wonder if the 3rd book will continue where the show ends, and if so does that play into where Joel take us,or not taking us???? Is their any connection with the book in as far as the last 3 episodes? BTW tomorrow night is the Fringe Benefits at the Paley Center,i checked but it doesn't seem the Paley center or Livestream will be streaming it,i assume they plan on including it in the S5 dvd...i hope anyway.Maybe it will wound up on Youtube?

    ReplyDelete
  22. I checked Netflix and they have it,i didn't realize who was in it,looks good!

  23. All Books Prequels Season 1 timeline(s)

First book: Walter and Bell in the 70's
Second book: Teenaged Olivia in the 90's
Third book: Peter's shady days before he joins Fringe division.

They are meant to have additional information and "secrets" in them.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Right, i forgot the 3rd book is about Peter and his life before that faithful day. And it was only last night when i read this! :P

    ReplyDelete
  25. Back to that day on Liberty Island would be my guess. Remember, the Observers had to erase Henry from the timeline because he would be detrimental to their survival.

    ReplyDelete
  26. Yep it could, did you read today' Latest from TV guide? and today's TVLine? Go read them and let me know what you think when done!

    ReplyDelete
  27. Holy Observer filled hell!

    ReplyDelete
  28. Holy shit. Where did you find those?

    ReplyDelete
  29. Believe it or not Twitter sends me a recap of the most popular story's everyday.I always check it out just in case. Amazon has the second book that you can pre-order,cost $7.99.Pretty cheap!

    ReplyDelete
  30. Damn. So the story will live on, at least for a while. I'm interested in the one from the 70's, about young Walter.

    ReplyDelete
  31. Me too! I can't wait to know more about Walter and Bell. I only hope she captures their personalities, the subtle nuances of all the characters.

    ReplyDelete
  32. The term is "fateful day".

    ReplyDelete
  33. Yep,sure is, but i wrote it that way intentionally..

    ReplyDelete
  34. She said that she worked closely with Bad Robot (which would mean cooperation with the writers, I guess).. I'm optimistic about that :)

    ReplyDelete
  35. Liberty Island and 2015 both don't seem logical to me.

Both moments (one in another timeline and one 21 years ago) were already altered by the Observers. If the Observers had never been there, there wouldn't be either of our known timelines.

From the logical point, we could go back to the timeline before September intervened (which is unlikely, because this would reveal the whole show as one big loop. Remember, the "original original" timeline is likely the Observer's 2609 origin).

Otherwise it could be a timeline that hasn't been mentioned before, where Walter doesn't cross over and Peter gets healed by Walternate.

Somehow they would need their old memories so the Observers won't rule the world 600 years later (again.. I referred to this already as the big loop). Maybe this is where Michael's help is necessary.

The whole reset seems to me like one goal: Uncouple the Observers' future from our time. The Observers' shouldn't exist at all since they prevented their creation when the 2026-loop was created by September's intervention.
I have no idea how they can get rid of them since the Observers' are kinda unaffected by changes in the two universes.

So their future is either a independet past-future state (uh, what?) or their origin now lies in a third universe. Or.. or.. or.

You see, the longer you think about it the weirder it gets. :D

    ReplyDelete
  36. Yes,she was given scripts that they weren't able to tell on screen,or didn't want to tell so i know she has great material to work with,i just hope she captures their personality's,the way the writers and actors have...I am optimistic too! ;)

    ReplyDelete
  37. Ha! See it is the 'or,or,or' we can speculate from now to 2026 and we still couldn't figure it out...but maybe you did or DarthLocke4,or i have. The only thing we know for sure is we will all find out soon...or will we?!? ;)

I love all the theories we all came up with,it has also given me headaches trying to figure it out because i come to road blocks due to the Observers,so yeah,it not only gets weirder,it gets down right painful!! :D

    ReplyDelete
  38. Yeah, you're totally right. :) Well, maybe Joel Wyman created a loop, so 5 minutes before the finale airs.. Joel opens a wormhole in central park and sends the synopsis + script(s) back in time. After that we're back in 2008. :P

I also love the theories. It's amazing how many great thoughts and theories are around the net. It's also hard to determine what's going to happen since the writers NEVER tell us everything. :D Well, except for next week *sniffs*

    ReplyDelete
  39. Looks amazing!! Can't wait to see September again!

    ReplyDelete
  40. I'm very interested in that too!
