    I wouldn't count these as Arrow or Nikita promos. And I'm really not interested in Cult.

    It's a very clever marketing strategy, since Cult is a show-within-a-show and all about blurring the lines and questioning what's real. Also, the less you tell people about the show in a promo, the more you pique their interest, so it's a good idea to only give a quick tease in these promos.
    By the way, they released similar promos for SPN and TVD as well. Billy Grimm is hacking the entire CW :D
