MICHELLE RETURNS TO PARADISE IN AN ALL-NEW EPISODE OF "BUNHEADS" AIRING MONDAY, JANUARY 14 ON ABC FAMILY

Liza Weil ("Gilmore Girls") guest stars as Truly's sister

Burbank, CA (January 2, 2012) - Michelle is back in the thick of it in an all-new episode of ABC Family's original series "Bunheads," airing Monday, January 14 at 9:00PM ET/PT on ABC Family.

In "Channing Tatum is a Fine Actor," Michelle tries to help Truly renegotiate her lease after she is evicted from her shop. Boo asks for Michelle's advice when Carl insists that she meet his parents.

Meanwhile, Michelle is skeptical when Talia sets her up on a blind date with her older boyfriend's friend, and the girls are intrigued by the multi-talented, new kids in town (guest stars Jeanine Mason of "So You Think You Can Dance" and Niko Pepaj).

"Bunheads" is executive produced by Amy Sherman-Palladino. The series stars Sutton Foster, Kaitlyn Jenkins, Julia Goldani Telles, Bailey Buntain and Emma Dumont with guest star Kelly Bishop.

  1. I love SYTYCD alums showing up. Kent was in the previews. And I like Boo and Carl so. I'm happy for the rest of the season.

  2. I'm happy they're continuing to find stuff for Truly. I really get a kick out of that character.

  3. I agree: she's adds a nice flavor to the mix and I'd like Michelle to have friends her own age (that don't feel like Gilmore Girls copycats). I enjoy the adults more than the kids, but I think if they (continue to) integrate them it will be better in the long run. I'm hoping they get their changes and problems ironed out and move forward cause I really like Sutton Foster.

  4. Sutton Foster is doing a great job so far. In fact, I think the whole show is well-cast. So, if the writers can step up their game and give the show better plotting and storytelling balance ABC Family will have a really good show on their hands.

  5. Liza Weil as Truly's sister is the best casting ever. As neurotic as Liza played Paris on "Gilmore Girls" - I can't wait to see it!
