Thanks to The Spoiler Fairy for sending us the following..
2 new roles are being cast for episode 4.01: Dickey Pastor, who is a 35-year-old talent promoter, and his wife Cora, who will possibly be recurring and may have nude scenes.
Maybe if she recurs she'll have nude scenes, but if she doesn't recur she won't. It probably hasn't been decided yet how big/important a character she'll be. Last season, a casting call went out for Richard's sister, but she never appeared in the show. There are often changes between when a character is cast and when episodes finally air.
Julia (Richard's girlfriend) was cast long before casting notices were also sent out for Richard's sister (Emma Harrow). Emma Harrow was either never cast or the writers/directors decided not to use the character, at least not in season 3. An actress who auditioned for the part of Emma last May wrote about her experience at the following link, and she said it seemed like the writers might not know what to do with the character: http://www.jennangelab.com/Jennangelab.com/Blog/Entries/2012/7/17_BOARDWALK_EMPIRE.html
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
May have nude scenes? May?

ReplyDeleteHmmm "Talent Promoter" sounds interesting...wonder whom they want to promote and for what? -Perhaps Gillian related, or Michael McHugh?
ReplyDeleteMy bad!
ReplyDeleteThe actress chosen for Richard's sister turned out to be his love interest.
