    Really hoping Anders will be a recurring character. He's a good actor and pulls off cocky/violent villain better than almost anyone.

    I suppose it's possible but it would be a little odd for the writers to have his identity revealed in back-to-back episodes. (Felicity finds out in the following episode, 1.14)
