For episode 2.14, the guest role of Seer is being cast. She's 30, brave, wiser than her years, and also psychic. She doesn't want this power and wants to be rid of the visions she's cursed with.

Wasn't there a child psychic just cast, too? Interesting. I haven't the slightest idea who any of these people could be, if they're from fairy tales. So many new characters this year.

ReplyDeleteYep, the 10-year-old prisoner of war. I don't know if they're the same character at different ages, or not. Someone foretold that Emma would be the savior of the population of the Enchanted Forest, so maybe one (or both, if they're the same person) of these characters is who that prophecy came from? But I haven't a clue which fairy tale or story she/they would be from. Maybe Authurian legend? Or one of the fairies or fairy godmothers? Or maybe she's someone who just has that special "magical" talent, sort of like Emma can supposedly tell when people are lying.

ReplyDeleteI'm all for casting new roles, 'cause face it...it'll get boring fast if it's just the group of people we've seen so far, at least imo. FTL should be bigger than just a tiny village, filled with about 10-20 peeps (i.e., the ones we've seen so far in Storybrooke). So, adding more stories about more people in the population, ups the ante for me, in terms of story, and broadening the scope of the 'lands' of FTL.
Just don't make every hottie a new regular cast member, without trying them out for at least a few episodes (ahem, Hook...).
You mean because she's psychic but doesn't want to have those powers? Maybe, but she's much older.
