    I have my doubts that Katerina is really here. Probably a hallucination.
    Katerina is not stupid enough to come to MF while Klaus is in the same town.
    I think seeing Katerina represents Elenas fear of becoming like her (Katerina). The killing,
    manipulating, and my fav, sleeping with both brothers.

    I'm pretty sure, Katherine is a hallucination. Julie Plec mentioned in an interview they would not bring back Katherine for a while, while Elena is still struggling to be a vamp
