    Looks like she is about to jam that ice pick into herself....
    Which would make sense if the show was about a lot of suicides, but I thought it was about serial killers. Killers won't be very prolific if they kill themselves now would they? XD


    This is the second promo with words written on a body so maybe that will come into play once the series begins? I guess without being able to read the words and see if it is a manifesto or victim names or something that evokes a feeling, I get very little from the poster.


    Still going to watch the series though!
