  2. Damn it, Shonda, again? Why can't we have nice things? I'm sick of every single pregnancy (minus Bailey's) ending with complications. It's annoying.

  3. Why is everyone surprised? Private Practice's main character is a neonatal specialists and triplets qualifies as a high risk pregnancy, of course there are going to be complications.

  4. I love GA and PP but as a doctor myself, I find it very annoying that the producers and writers make everything so black and white on both shows. For example, they talk about diseases and conditions being "cured" or "treated" as if things ended there and then with either a positive or negative outcome. There's no in between. I work with neonatology and there's just no way that Callie's baby would be born so extremely premature and get out of the hospital so early (in the very unlikely scenario she would survive) and turn out to be a normal healthy baby like they portray her. SHouldn't they have consultants on this?

  5. As awful as the reality could be, I appreciate the fact that they are being realistic with the complication of HOM pregnancies. I lost all three of my triplets this summer between 20-21 weeks and I'm still debating on whether I should watch this episode or not. For those of you that are commenting that they wish the show would start showing nicey nice pregnancies that all end well, I am grateful for them shedding light on a subject most people would rather sweep under the carpet because it is "too sad" to deal with.

  6. I just those babies survive because this is getting old, I mean wasn't enough with Callie's baby?? I know triples usually are born premature, but not necesary always. And I really don't like when a show repeats things, Shonda shouldn't be using what she used in GA here
