I loved it! Baby Marvin is adorable, and he should be around more.
Awww at Ted convincing Marshall to stay with Lily.
And wow, fuck you for that, Brad. Marshall was your friend and I cannot believe he did that.
I loved that Robin was helping Barney out with a new strip club and I think she deliberately sabotaged there for a second, tbh.
That last scene, I was expecting something to possibly happen (maybe sex again), but I literally squealed when he kissed her. That was awesome! BUT WHY WOULD YOU LEAVE, ROBIN? WHY?
Such a great episode and I cannot wait until next week!
Actually really liked this one until the last scene. Barney and Robin are great and funny as friends, and really just astonishingly unhealthy as a couple. So bleh to the last minute.
Super sweet that Ted's one official stamp of approval was for Lily though!
This episode was awesome the ending was perfect but damn you Robin for pushing Barney away you know you want him bad. I liked Brad till the end and now i'm not liking him that was so underhanded of him to do that to Marshall. Ted and Lily were sweet those moments ar rare.
I usually love Robin/Barney moments, but the writers have drawn out the "will they/won't they" scenario for far too long. It's exhausting that every time they get close, an obstacle is introduced to keep them from being together, and with time the excuses are getting more and more meaningless and annoying. How is the viewer supposed to believe that they love each other when every small bump on the road is enough to keep them apart?
I thought it was a great episode, but Robin kissing Barney back and not walking away would have made it awesome. I really hope she will stop running soon, they belong together end of period.
I totally agree with you it's almost exausting watching them go back and forth when we know they are endgame. I just don't know what is wrong with the writers they keep keeping them apart and it's not working the minute they're alone they end up doing what they did this episode. But, I love these two so much I can look passed all the almost and look foward to the future cause that's where this is all heading.
Robin helping Barney shop for a new strip club was priceless haha... and poor Marshall! I've got to say, I didn't see the Brad twist coming. I'm looking forward to what it's going to bring, though. I don't think we see Marshall in his element nearly enough.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.

OMG! I loved the ending. Plus, finally we'll get to see how Marshall will start saving the world.

ReplyDeleteThat kiss between Barney and Robin came out of nowhere. Also, I didn't like Brad stabbing Marshall in the back like that.
ReplyDeleteI totally agree about Barney and Robin.
