I'm guessing that barn is where Audrey disappears to for such a long length of time before the cycle begins again.
This episode didn't really resolve anything. There's still tension between everyone, and nothing has been resolved. But now Duke knows where Audrey's heart truly lies so I think he's going to back off.
The next episode is supposed to be a big one for Nathan and Audrey.
Haven't we seen the barn before? I thought they went there last season. I was under the impression that it was a place that wiped memories. Or perhaps I am remembering wrong? Just wondering if you or someone else wanted to set me straight. :P I recall Audrey's FBI superior being there and even then he seemed to know more about what was going on.
BRILLIANT episode. So many new questions, so many great scenes.
I am beginning to think that Vince and Dave will turn out to be some sort of antagonistic figures - they seemed more amused than frightened by Tommy's torture and its the second time Vince mentioned killing(the first time was in S1 finale when he confronted Nathan's real father and he was scared shitless).
Also the last Vince's line about "Everything being the way it's supposed to be" was hell of a creepy one.
Oh gosh, I was in tears when Audrey told Moira that her sister couldn't save their father because she saved her instead - not that it was much of a plot twist, it's just that Claudia and Emily completely got me with their acting. ;( I'm just a little confused how Moira survived though - nobody brought her back to life, so I guess she didn't die and could recover from the wounds on her own.
Moira kept telling her sister that their father was wrong about only being able to save one person - guess she was right, but it took a lot out of her.
Yeah, and when Audrey went there the barn had vanished from the spot... am really hoping we do get some answers and they drag it on too long throwing more and more mysteries into the mix... it'll turn into Lost and leave everyone disappointed when the answers are finally given.
Really enjoyed this episode :) thought it helped pull the plot along a bit without giving anything away. Loved how Vince and Dave had a wee bit to play within it, for some reason I always picture them having the trouble of turning into a two headed dragon haha
Question? could it be possible that Tommy can change his appearance i.e. steal someone's physical identity. I suppose with Haven anything is possible
I don't know, it seems that a person can only be brought back the same day they died, at sunset. Assuming Moira dies right after saving her sister and Nathan, it's after sunset, so can she be brought back the next day at sunset?
Ah, well, nevermind. The important thing is that she was saved and Claudia Black might return in a future episode. :)
The only problem I have is that there are more questions than the ones Audrey & Nathan asked. Is Tommy the Colorado Kid's father? What is Tommy's trouble? How come Audrey can't see the barn? What's in the fishing shack and how come Tommy knew it so well? Obviously Tommy's not dead so what happens next? No matter how Nathan feels about Duke, Duke will always be there to help his "friend" no matter what!! Why does Tommy want to go to the barn and why? Does James Cogan have the same affliction as Audrey, does he help the troubled and is there another town "troubled" that he might be visiting? Why did James' wife kill herself? Or did she? If Duke heard what Audrey said to Nathan then so did Jordan so why is Jordan still "hanging around"? So many questions and while they promise they will be answered his season I doubt if they all will be answered considering the announcement of a fourth season. THIS IS THE FIRST SHOW THAT I BELIEVE DESERVES TO GO TO A FOURTH SEASON - CONGRATS SYFY FOR GIVING US JUST ENOUGH SHOWS TO LOOK FORWARD TO THE NEXT SEASON - WAY TO GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ReplyDeleteIt was in S2 - the real-Audrey went there and lost her memories and we know that fake-Audrey's FBI Superior is not really FBI.

ReplyDeleteYes, I suppose so. Thanks for pointing that out, it makes sense now.

Oh and WAHOO bring on season 4!!! :)
Okay, thanks. Thought so. And yeah, I know he's not really FBI but I couldn't remember his name so that's the only way I knew how to describe him.
ReplyDeleteMoira probably did die, but now that her sister is back alive, she could use her trouble to bring Moira back at sunset, hence "when she wakes up..."

That was a really great episode! I laughed at Nathan's body being in the drunk and Audrey being all no big deal when showing him to Jordan.
