    I figured this out weeks ago, when he went to "check on Wendy". The whole Kit thing also seemed like an obvious set-up. I am intrigued now about the other big mystery. Aliens!

    Fantastic episode. I had seen on here rumors of Threadson being leather face but the reveal was still fantastic. Zachary Quinto playing a much, much sicker and darker version of Sylar is going to be exciting to watch!

    If that is what bothers you about this show, then I think you're missing the point. Also in case you haven't noticed, most of tv is anti-religion now-a-days, catholic or otherwise. If religious piousness is a big factor in your tv watching, then you're pretty much screwed no matter what you watch (barring specialized tv channels like EWTN, TBN, etc). With televised fiction, or even written fiction you are allowing the author/writer to take you down a path, you either go with it or close the book/turn the channel. Calling something "a sick piece of crap" because it offends you religiously is not only a totally unsubstantiated and subjective assessment, but is so wrong in my estimation. I for one think this show is nothing but pure art. If you want an hour of catholic piousness, then go to mass. By the way I am catholic just so you know.

    Great episode, although the Bloody Face reveal was kind of "spoiled" for me because so many people here called it weeks ago. But still awesome! Quinto actually scared me there.

    Thanks ricky....after watching the epi, i was confused as to what the dr did to anne frank and what made her change that way....then i read ur "lobotomy"...googled it and now i feel so much better knowing......


    the reveal of Bloody Face was a surprise to me cause i thought it was gonna be a woman... u seem so into this show already thinking who's the modern day BF, lol... i loved it when the little girl ran screaming to her teacher then the teacher screamed louder and ran away also.....and im also looking forward for the Aliens, especially the one that Jude saw in the hallway....and WOW shocked that Jude is still sleeping with men after being a nun.... u gotta Love Jessica Lange.....☺....

    Sister Jude had a moment of faithlessness. Nuns are (fallible) people too, especially considering her past before she took the vows.

    Apparently Shawn Ryan says that it is no coincidence that the Aliens show up every time Kit has sex, but to me that fails to explain why Sister Jude saw the Alien. If I remember correctly Kit was in the midst of trying to escape at that moment and not having sex.

    That was super creep the way Sister "Devil" left Shelly on the steps like that. I feel it nods to the intro "upside-down stair girl"

    I really want to know what the hell is going on with the Monsignor. He has to be harboring a secret, since he is helping to cover up Arden's/Greuber's terrible experiments. I hope it is really focused on now since Joseph Fiennes is no fly by night actor to be left virtually unused.

    As far as Modern-Day Blood-Face; I believe it will have something to do with the recent casting of Dylan McDermott, although I could be wrong. I feel like the more likely scenario is that he is the child of one of these 1960's characters.

    #1 theory: The product of rape between Thedson/Bloody-face 64' and Lana. I feel like maybe; A) Thredson holds Lana, rapes her, takes the baby, then raises him as his predecessor; or B) Lana Escapes after being held and raped, then goes on to have her baby, who grows up without a father, and has a very emotionally distant mother who loathes him due to his status as a rape baby. These, to me, would be perfect set-ups for bloody-face to continue into the next generation.



    #2 theory: Baby David, son of Anne Frank. grows up with an equally emotionally distant mother, and a father who is responsible for her condition as much as the Evil Dr Arden is. He becomes attached to any and all events dealing with Brialcliff, and thus becomes infatuated with Bloody-Face in an unhealthy obsession. He then starts killing to fulfill his need for revenge on the system, using the Bloody-Face persona to do it, just as a statement that Briarcliff failed to catch the real killer all those years ago.

    To be completely honest, this show makes me feel really queasy and sad. But I'm so curious to know what happens that I choose to watch it every week! And now that there will be a season 3 - I'm in trouble!

    Finally watched the ep, and more WTF? moments - mainly the aliens bit but the Bloody Face reveal was cool but for me obvious as I figured that it would've been either Dr Threadson or the Monsignor (who is rarely seen so far)... really curious how/who they're gonna connect to be BF 2012 version if it's not Threadson.... but Z Quinto does creepy well

    i saw you guys speculating about the bloodface reveal last week and thought it made sense but personally i hadn't thought of it. still, it was pretty good to see it playing out, i like the episode. it wasn't as good as part 1 imo, but still very good. poor lana! and poor kit! I like how they are making us like sister jude more and more... the first two episodes she was a bit of a villain, but now she is actually the one that might end up saving these characters, although the most likely thing are unhappy endings for everyone
