  2. I think they are beginning to overdo it with so many characters.

And wasting the main characters in boring stories or often dont appear

  3. Brung isn't a word. (LOL if you're sarcastic. I seriously cannot tell on the Internet.)

  5. The way I see it, number of characters is not a problem, as long as their existence makes sense. It actually makes me happy to see they're developing a character's storyline, one character who's been on the show since the very beginning. It makes me think they have something good planned for Whale and that's what I want the most: interesting stories.

  6. I like new characters. I think this type of show, there can be a lot of characters and still have plenty of the main cast. I never watched Lost besides a few clips, but I'd imagine it was able to balance its large cast so why not OUAT?

  7. You might find some disagreement on Lost's ability to balance casts, or really do anything successfully.

  8. Can't wait to see more of Whale's story. Happy with this news! :)

  9. Well like I said, I didn't watch the show besides a few clips. But from watching OUAT since the start, I think OUAT has done well so far.

  10. I'm glad they're doing more Frankenstein stuff. Whale is so much more interesting to me now.

  11. Yeah! I want to find out more about his world, too.

  12. I am one of the few that probably feel they did a good job with the cast and LOVED the way additional characters added parallels and mirrors to the main cast and pushed their stories forward. I agree that I think OUAT follows suit and I have not been disappointed with the expanding cast. It gives them a lot of stories to tell and substance to the characters that make it to the end. I love shows where you can either have a lot of options of characters to like, or you feel like you can love them all!

  13. Although i think the way you wrote it is fine, it's not like we all don't know what you mean! LOL! I think it's so silly going on correcting others like this, especially because you are always so kind! (:

  14. I've always felt the same way. This is the comments section of an entertainment website. It's not a doctoral thesis. If you can understand what someone is getting at then there's no reason to bring stuff like that up.

  15. Nope,your not the only one,count me in!! :)

  16. so exciteddd!! wait, so it's Whale's brother and not Frankenstein's?

  17. Well, proof a large cast is not a problem regarding story telling is Sopranos. They had the biggest cast in television history and it worked out just fine. Better than fine, actually, that show is the one of the best things I've ever watched.

  18. Dr Whale is Dr Victor Frankenstein- we knew that in Episode 2x05. This casting call is for his brother, thr one he 'resurrected' at the end of 2x05.

  19. I'm thinking Whale might be unintentionally responsible for the death of his brother and that it drew him away from his parents (the whole "the wrong kid died... it should have been you" storyline), so that he becomes obsessed with ressurrecting his brother.

  20. Perfect! Nice idea. I think you are right! (:

  21. He might double as the Wizard of Oz though - it would explain the little "oz" references dropped in the episode and the fact his brother is/was a military type, as Victors coat is military like and green (emerald city) -and reminds me of World War 1 styled military coats- and a bit Art Nouveau, which the film Wizard of Oz (originally black and white) and cover art on Baum's novels also share elements of.

  22. I know that. What I meant was, is it Whale's brother in Storybrooke (like how Grace has different parents in Storybrooke instead of Jefferson) or Frankenstein's brother from the other world? I guess it's Frankenstein's then.
