October 2012 - Our Record Breaking Month

Hey all,

Just wanted to let you know that this month we've broken our pageview record. 6.27 Million for October 2012 which is a new record! It breaks the previous record of 6.19 Million set back in Feb 2011.



And we're on track to beat last years 60 Million Page Views for 2011.



Not to be outdone, our Image Gallery also had a record breaking month. It recorded 2.449 million image views.



We also recorded over 1.5 Million Video plays on our video player.

And finally to round off the stats.

We have had very nearly 19,000 comments made on the site in October which is our 2nd most ever for a single month, and over 30,000 likes were clicked next to these comments. In addition over 1,900 different people left comments on the site.

A massive thanks to all our helpers, contributors, writers, reviewers, uploaders, spies, scoop submitters, and general good people who volunteer their time on the site..

Also a massive thanks to our readers, commentators, viewers, lurkers, tweeters, Facebook Likers, G+1'ers, Tumblr's etc all of whom make running this site so much fun and so rewarding.

Let's hope this is not the last time we break so many records!
