DOUBLE CROSS — Nikita (Maggie Q) and Michael (Shane West) capture Cyrus (guest star Isaiah Mustafa), an arms dealer, who is purchasing a weapon-jamming device for Ari (guest star Peter Outerbridge). Nikita convinces Ryan (Noah Bean) to let them use Cyrus as bait to capture Amanda but Cyrus manages to escape the trap. However, when Amanda double crosses Cyrus, his only hope for survival is Nikita. Meanwhile, Birkhoff (Aaron Stanford) is hot on the trail of Amanda’s (Melinda Clarke) mole and Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) starts to unravel. Joshua Butler directed the episode written by Terry Matalas & Travis Fickett (#306).

Everything seems good but I'm not liking the druggy downward spiral Alex is on. Those storylines never cover any new ground. Give or take a few details here and there, it's always the same.

ReplyDeleteI agree with most of what you said. I've never liked the drug story lines, mostly because they can be so annoying and seem like they drag on forever. Hopefully, they can think of a way to put some kind of twist on it. I wouldn't mind some more flashbacks of her life as a sex slave or when she was a drug addict though.
