GOING ONCE GOING TWICE — Wade (Wilson Bethel) struggles with feeling like he’s a placeholder in Zoe’s (Rachel Bilson) life, so he decides that they should go on a date. Despite Zoe’s apprehensions, she decides to bid on Wade’s basket at the upcoming charity picnic auction, but is surprised that she is not the only one interested. Lemon (Jaime King) mistakenly wins Lavon’s (Cress Williams) basket and decides to keep her true feelings for him to herself and instead offers some advice about his relationship with Ruby (guest star Golden Brooks). Meanwhile, George (Scott Porter) is interested in dating Tansy (guest star Mircea Monroe) and creates a basket that he hopes she will bid on. Tim Matheson also stars. Laura Bell Bundy guest stars. Norman Buckley directed the episode written by Jamie Gorenberg (#209).

This seems alright but I'm disappointed I didn't see the words "car bomb" and "Ruby" together in the synopsis anywhere.

ReplyDeleteI'm so happy to see Wade trying to assert himself and beginning to acknowledge and fight for what he and Zoe have going. I also think Zoe actually coming face to face with him too much for granted might become a turning point for her too.
Meh on the George/Tansy and Lemon/Lavon/Ruby bits.
I'm still holding hope that AB will become a serious contender for a Lavon relationship.
The title is so Zade and after reading, I can't wait for this ep!

ReplyDeleteI so can't wait for this episode!! I wonder who else will be bidding on Wade? Also, I figured George would have feelings for Tansy! I got the vibe in last week's episode. I would be interested in seeing George/Tansy play out. Would it have any affect on Zade?
ReplyDeleteI don't like Tansy or Ruby so watching them's gonna be a drag... but Zoe and Wade having a date is just great! So excited for that! And some Lavon and Lemon action yaay! I love them together :)
