    I don't understand what that has to do with him being wrongly sued by his friends. seriously. are we playing the spot the cheater game? let's see who else is in that sneak? Derek. Derek cheated. Richard cheated. Alex cheated. etc etc etc

    I find myself indifferent when it comes to Owen but I do like him sometimes. With that said there might be some legitimate things that come out that suggest Owen is responsible, so right now I can't say that he is being wrongfully sued. There are a lot of things that seem as if they are waiting to tell so I'm going to wait and see before I make my judgement.

    He cheated on Addison with Meredith at the prom. And if you want to get technical he cheated every time he was with Meredith in first season because he was still married to Addison.

    As long as they don't find any evidence of him manipulating the plane so it would crash I really don't think it's right to sue him. all they'll have against him is that he didn't answer his calls.

    because it was owen who arranged for his doctors to go to boise to do this operation, so techniquely the hospital booked the plane that ultimately crashed and as owen is the chief his name is the one that get's kicked in the guts.

    You forget that Addie&Derek had a past together. As I recall it Addison cheated because she didn't feel loved anymore. Doesn't make it right of course but there are always two to blame when one cheats. Only because Derek fell in love with Meredith doesn't mean that he didn't cheat on his wife. He did. That's a fact. That he was in love with Meredith at that time only made it worse for Addison who he had promised that he would try to save their marriage.
