    I'll be interested to see how the show resolves the issue of the end of Watson's term as Sherlock's sober companion.

    Me too!! Because she would have to give up her career as a sober companion if she's going to keep living with him. She can't work with Sherlock on cases and continue to work in the same manner as she did before.
