Covert Affairs Preview: Lady Stardust

I’ve watched in exclusive the season finale of next week “Covert Affairs” and I shall say that: it’s a ticking bomb.

Enough said that the whole entire season has been serialized and divided into two different stories. Early in this season, we have seen Annie Walker (Piper Perabo) under mission to spy Simon Fischer, on behalf Lena Smith, her new mentor in the CIA.

Annie travelled a lot for her spy mission during the season, but after Russia and Lena’s assassination, everything has changed for our favorite spy.

In this season finale called “Lady Stardust”, according to USA Network “when a fellow spy is taken hostage, Annie travels to Amsterdam to eliminate Khalid once and for all.”

After she managed to escape from Khalid’s men, Annie is in Amsterdam, while Eyal Lavin (special guest star Oded Fehr) is taken hostage.

Anyway, she’s no longer alone, because Auggie (Christopher Gorham) comes to help her – and I won’t say how, but eventually they’ll cross paths with Khalid and his men.

The ransom to free the hostage (Eyal) doesn’t go as you expect to be.

There will be some plot twist that will forces Annie to make some decisions by her own – a little hint? Annie will come face to face with Khalid.

Last, but not least, Auggie and Annie will have ‘that talk’ which Christopher Gorham has been us teased weeks ago. This means ‘the ship’ has sailed? I’ll let you guess.
