  1. Why? ratings haven't been that great outside the pilot episode but I guess they only had to give full seasons to 2 freshmen dramas starting in the fall to fill up the schedule meaning 1 wont make it to midseason which i'm guessing will be Emily, Owens M.D.

  2. The ratings haven't been great but decent by CW standards as its one of four shows to get 0.7 or better on the network.Plus they don't have enough Midseason replacements-they only have twoCult & Carrie Diaries.Beauty will move ,probably to Tues as i doubt theyll send it to Fri to possably die and Cult premiere after VD, Carrie replaces GG.They need an original series to put after Nikita on Frinat 9 instead of reruns.

  4. Someone really needs to find a way to adjust the ratings table to account for networks that have a different ratings standard than others. This show's usual ratings are actually a CW standard, compared to most other networks where it is primed for cancellation.

  5. The CW can only take one show out and it's obvious it's going to be Emily Owens. But if the B&TB rating don't improve it won't have a second season.

  6. actually Carrie diaries is moving to 90210's timeslot while 90210 is moving to Gossip Girl's timeslot and that's actually a good guess I kind agree about Beauty and the Beast moving to Tuesdays but unfortunly that will probably make it's rtings worse as art of Dixie is not a very good Lead-In for a new series and a I think Cult will come after nikita as well and beauty and the beast is now as low as hart of Dixie with 0.6 A18-49 even if it bumped up 0.1 this week it will probably go lower again next week as long as it doesn't go below 0.6 they should be fine so i'm not worried yet but it is alarming how much it has dropped ratings wise where as Arrow has increased this week to 1.3 and has not gone below 1.0 yet and seems to be pretty steady ratings wise and I can't ee cult doing well however and I am sure carrie diaries will do better then GG and 90210 atleast since it's a new series but I also can't see it being a huge hit by CW Standards even I see 0.7-0.8 premiere or so and I see about a 0.5-0.7 premiere for cult

  8. lol. This is funny, I just read a comment on TVbythenumbers that predicted this and someone said, "On what planet?" Lol. That'll teach the troll.

  9. 0.7 has been the standard for the CW for a while. As I recall, Nikita has been getting renewed on a 0.7 every season so far.

  10. Only end of its first season.Life Unexpected was getting 0.7s in second season ( Sept-Jan 2010)) but was cancelled.Nikita got renewed at 0.4 s end of last season and hasn't hit 0.7 since season one finale.

  11. At least Hart is very stable at 0.5-0.6I know about Carrie Diaries but it is GG replacement, they were even gonna have 90210 as its leadin but with 90210 reccent poor ratings, the move makes sense.

  12. ..how many episodes..????

  13. Yayyy thanks CW.I don't know when people will get sense and the show will have more than 0.8 ratings,cz it's getting better with every ep.I'm sure the ratings will get better.I love this show and would have died if it had been cancelled.

  14. Great news!! Hopefully this news will attract more viewers. I'm enjoying this show so much, it's the best of the new season for me. The episodes are getting better and better as the season progresses. I love the cast, the chemistry between the actors..especially between Cat and Vincent which is scorching hot!!! Need to see how their relationship evolves...and I'm thrilled the CW is giving this show a shot to improve. BEST NEWS I've heard all day!!!! <3

  15. this was expected, seeing that the cw cannot cancel everything from the get go. I still say it gets canned in may though. for now, it will probably be moved to tuesdays to replace emily owens and make room for cult debt in the post tvd timeslot. Nothing against the show though, i have never watched it

  16. Expected, but I bet the ratings will keep falling and it will get cancelled come May.

  19. I'm so happy with the news. I was worried because of the ratings but I can relax now.

  20. Cool. I approve. I'm also patting myself on the back because I called this last week.

  21. The ratings aren't falling currently. Just this week it posted big gains in the ratings.

  22. I know it gets alot of hate, but I don't mind this pick up. I actually think the show is getting better. If they can loosen up a bit more, it might end up being really campy fun.

  23. I've been reading the renewal articles around the 'net and this show seems to be gaining more support. Now, if the show could find a way to make JT not so annoyingly whiny I'd be a happy camper.

  24. 0.6/1.73 to 0.7/1.85 is very little gain if you ask me, but I'm far from being a ratings expert. Besides this week, the ratings have been falling since the pilot. I've given this show a chance but I just can't get into it, so I'm starting to wish it gets replaced with something fresh.

  25. A nine percent viewer gain and seventeen percent in the demo in one week is pretty damn good for a CW show. It's probably what allowed The CW to pull the trigger on the back order.

  26. Great news my iTunes season pass is actually going to pay off $9.99 for 22 episodes, was starting to get nervous with the ratings from the first couple episodes.

  27. Thank the heavens! Love this show, at least I know I get to enjoy it for one full season. Yay!
