    I never read the books, do you know if it was in there originally? Because that's the only reason I can see using stuff straight out of Twilight. Last episode with the "heightened" first hunt and stuff. I would have thought they'd make an effort to avoid really really similar things.

    Motorcycle scene wasn't. As for the deer hunting, Stefan did hunt them in books (I read the 1st four) but he's not the one who showed her how to hunt.
