ABC Family’s The Secret Life of the American Teenager will sign off after the upcoming Season 5, our sister site Deadline reports.

The drama, which premiered in 2008, will premiere its 12-episode final season in March.

    Sounds good! They can give us a proper wrap up and bring Jack back to life (I can't remember if they told us his fate or not...). And maybe Adrian can finally figure out her life.

    It's the rest of the 5th season. ABC Family seasons are confusing because they go off the air for so long and then the last few years they start the next season the next week. The rest of the episodes are the end of Season 5 which started on June 11 2012 and will finish on June 10 2013.
