Have to say it made me a little happy inside to see Snow have bombs strapped to him. Stanton is boss.
Reese and the girl's interactions were fun to see. Nothing he can't handle. Also, love how Reese disappeared on Fusco while he was in mid-talk again. lol
Poor Finch being understandably afraid to go outside.
Loved how Finch warmed up to having Bear around. Maybe Bear will help him feel safer eventually.
The ending was great as usual- can't get enough of Finch's and Reese's friendship. All of it was great as usual. :D
I'm also glad Finch is showing signs of being affected by his kidnapping. Good to know the writers didn't wrap that up with sunshine and rainbows and move on. I wonder how long Finch will take to get back to 'business as normal' - if it ever happens.
it's good that Finch got out of the Library at the end, even if it was because Reese was with him. Hopefully he'll be more willing to go out on his own/with Bear soon!
Another great episode - and did anyone catch how awesome the new opening was? I loved the graphics, but felt the voice-over was just edited from last season...and parts didn't sound right to me...but maybe that's just me.
Loved the new intro! Very Matrix data stream-like, but fun. Not that the old credits were bad though.....
- The actress playing Sofia might make a good Nymeria Sand on Thrones! - Loved the pocket picking skills of Reese! Who knew?!? XD - LOVED Bear wanting to play or go for walkies as Finch looked bemused ignoring him! XD Finch needs to hire a dog-walker ASAP! - Finch seems to be allocating more work to Detective Carter than normal. I guess he is not 100% yet so I can understand why. - I love Cara back on the hunt for her old employers even going so far as to force Agent Snow to be her errand boy! XD - I wonder exactly what was in Corwin's shoulder... A tracker? A data chip? Piece of some larger puzzle? - It's nice to see them making Fusco heroic even when he screws up. He is more than a cobblestone cop!
This was another great episode! A lot of fabulous interaction between the regulars and the Reese/ Sofia dynamic was a lot of fun too.
I love Carter her character gets better with every episode. Yes, you've been doing everyone's job for them. Her line to Fusco 'Because were DETECTIVES' classic! Bear is stealing the show. I love him and Finch together in a scene. Reluctant to love him or should I say it as Harold did in the beginning of the episode but that sweet face of Bear's is so hard to resist. I just loved it when he pulled Bear's bed closer to his desk. This episode was great. I have yet to complain about an episode and hope to never have to. Top notch writing, great pacing and the cast's chemistry is perfection.
Awesome episode. I loved the bear and finch scenes very good i laughed a lot. Fusco didnt have much but he was good otherwise. Snow is back but he's now strapped with a bomb thanks to that ex partner of reese's. I dont remember her name but she doesnt seem like a team machine threat. Snow though seems to not be a threat at the moment as well and with elias in jail the only villain to worry about now is root. Good person of interest case though i liked the girl and reese as the bodyguard and how he played it very good. This show is perfect.
Amazing episode, fun with good action scenes, the main characters have such a good dynamic. I glad see the plot of Kara and Snow, back.
Bad Ass moment number one: Reese beeing a bad ass in every scene. Bad Ass moment number two: Carter crashing another car to capture (almost killing) the bad guy and save Fusco, great moment. Bad Ass funny moment 1: Finch with the Bear Bad Ass funny moment 2: Fusco and his hilarious lines.
P.S: The girl is cute, but not convinced me trying to represent an brazilian woman, sorry, the portuguese lines not sound natural for me.
I think Reese's ex-partner Cara (maybe Kara) may not be an immediate threat to Team Machine, but I think if she finds out the reason her old employer tried to kill her (at least in part) was to cover their tracks while creating The Machine she may become a more direct threat to them.
I'm guessing there will be a reunion between Reese and Cara at some point this season and it will not go well! XD
Another awesome ep. Loved Finch warming up to the lovable but deadly Bear, and the small but hilarious bits: Finch's caller id on Fusco's phone is "Mr Good News", and Carter's "I got bored, and you took longer than 4 minutes"... interesting path opened up with Snow's return, the CIA looking for him, and Reese's old partner coming back as well
Loved it. Glad Finch wasn't just suddenly okay. Sadly the moment Fusco said "This isn't my first rodeo." I knew Sophia was going to get away from him. (actually I knew when Reese said "Fusco") lol!
That scene between Reese's former partner and the CIA guy blew me away. WTF???!?!?!
I was wondering if that may happen too.... I think she is unaware Reese is alive and I don't know exactly how she will react to him. I don't think she has a grudge against him specifically
Maybe it will be one of those situations where depending on her situation Cara may work with Team Machine to save herself from her former employers if they come after her...
I guess she could want revenge on her employers foremost and not have anything against Reese, but if she gets wind of Reese's connection to the Machine and its connection to her former employers I don't know how she would feel about Reese working for Finch and The Machine.... or about Finch in general.
I was assuming more in the data gathering or data transmitting vein given the bad guy's reaction to it. I had the impression that it indicated they'd lost control of something vital.
Interesting idea..... I took it as data coming in, but had not thought about the credit reel change being more than for aesthetic purposes. Maybe it could show a change in the Machine...
Great episode. Awesome that we got to see Snow still alive and that he's a prisoner basically for the bidding of *insert woman's name I forgot*. Loved Finch bonding with the dog, and Reese asking Finch what that sound was when Finch threw the dog the ball was great. And I loved how in Fuscoe's phone he had Finch's name as "Mr. Good News."
Way to be continuing your awesomeness Person of Interest.
..this episode was totally different but very fun to watch, finch and dog interaction..OMG..awesome two children messing around and dog wins ja,ja,ja reese role very sexy and provocative i hope i got a bodyguard like him ...GRRRR
..yess ...I find it sexy for the darkness is like a person dress in black means mystery and desire you never know what you find in the next corner will be good or bad is pure exitment
Thought this was another REALLY good one! -I am glad we're picking up threads from last season and working them into the new plot lines! Was so not expecting to see Mark Snow interact with Carla Stanton (let alone have bomb strapped to him!). And poor Finch not being able to get over his traumatic experience (good thing he has Bear to keep him company!)
Anyways Sophia was kind of an annoying person to protect, but I found the Russian Mob part of it to be an interesting detail.
This show NEVER disappoints! It only gets better with age!
Again really Awesome episode, The opening was Incredible, and refreshing really loved it particularly adding Fusco as a very important part of the Machine team was deserving, I was on the edge of my seat right from the very beginning of the show as usual, Reese introducing the new Number was Nice and it is always good to have Harold back, Bear is adorable, Reese as Bodyguard Beyond words, Carter kneecapping that guy was spectacular so as her new hair (she was very beautiful), Seeing Agent Snow was surprising I thought Cara took care of him, and WOW Cara how super COOL she is, really happy to see her and I am looking forward to see Reese and Cara reunion too, He likes Interrogation on the rooftop remember S01E09, and he was smiling beautifully, Loved the Machine team, Loved POI as usual.
Another great episode! I also loved the new intro and I think it's even better than last seasons.
The writing on this show is just superb. It's what makes each episode so much fun to watch from week to week. Hopefully POI will get some well deserved recognition this year when the time comes for award season.
Good to see how Kara Stanton is using Snow this time around. He is definitely paying for what he tried to do to her and Reese. The scene from the basement of Snow and her with the bomb was excellent!
John's character has come such a long way since last season! It seems like tptb have put him in just about every crazy scenario from babies to this week's rich girl and he handles it all "John style"!
Bear is the favorite new addition to the team too!
I Love how everyone is Loving this Epi.....I Loved it cause this was the first Epi that was back to Normal...the season started with the looking for Finch and finally he was back in this Epi and the show went back to its normal routine....which was Great....☺.....
did u notice that the dog understood Finch when he spoke to him in English...i thought the dog only understood Polish?....did Bear learn English, now, lol...☺...
What was that dish that Reese cooked for the spoiled girl? I have no idea what she called it. I just watched this episode and found it really entertaining.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
Loved it!

A lot of fabulous interaction between the regulars and the Reese/ Sofia dynamic was a lot of fun too.
I thought they may have used the narration from last season too, but I did not seriously compare the two to check.... Either way I like the new intro.

ReplyDeleteFantastic episode! They should make a series of webisodes called "Finch and Bear".
ReplyDeleteI'd watch it! XD

Ha!
ReplyDeleteI think Paloma Guzman may be a native New Yorker.... so I bet her accent was a bit different! XD
Another awesome ep. ReplyDeleteGreat idea -----> webisodes
ReplyDeleteI think Kara could be an ally for Reese in the future
ReplyDeleteVery different. I think her spanish is better than her portuguese hahahaah, but she still hot.
ReplyDeleteAwesome Observation.

I agree! I think it's Russian Roulette with her future prospects depending on how much she actually values Reese verses her own mission...
