  1. It was surprisingly good, tbh. I hope NBC picks it up to series.

  2. There were some things that I didn't like but overall I thought it was awesome! The special efforts were really good in my opinion. Spot was awesome at the end! I hope NBC picks it up, I'd like to continue watching it!

  3. Loved it but when does Eddie Izzard disappoint?

  4. awsome ... this is a really touching family not a scary one...

  5. I didn't love it as much as I hoped I would, but I liked it. An easy "Great" rating. Loved the effects, very happy with the acting, loved the music... My only disappointments were Herman's make-up (I thought his carved up chest looked way too costume-y) and Grandpa's overly villainous nature (though that's just the shock of going from The Munsters' Grandpa to Mockingbird Lane's Grandpa). Not sure how I feel about Marilyn (she creeped me out more than any of the other family members, and I'm not entirely sure why), and I couldn't hear a good portion of the dialogue thanks to other people in the room talking too loudly. Need to give it a rewatch.

  6. What Neanderthals thought this was awful? This was one of the best pilots I've seen in a long time! I hope this gets picked up as a series, because that was positively brilliant.

  7. In the Munsters, that was the best aspect. These "monsters" loved each other. I loved it when I was a kid.

  8. Eddie Izzard is an artist.

Ok, I thought that would fail miserably but it was actually pretty good. Though partially it's because Eddie Izzard pretty much stole every scene he was in. He was perfect at being darkly hilarious. Jerry O'Connell was just ok.

  11. I saw a few original episodes growing up and thought the remake brilliant. They could keep making specials for all I know. It's silly fun.
I liked all the characters. The house sets were awesome. (A treat to see some of the behind the scene stuff during the break.)
Eddie Izzard is hilarious as the vampire and Grandpa Munster. "I need to drink again." Asking to be invited into the neighbour's house.
It would have run long; it's easy to see it was edited to fit into the allotted time.

  12. Eddie Izzard is the best--every scene, every look, playing with the iPad. That combined with just how pretty and vibrant it was, this pilot was just so much fun to watch. I really hope they can find a way to do something with it.

  13. It was better than expected plus ratings were good and NBCs best ratings for that timeslot in two years plus it gave grimm a huge rating boost making it the perfect lead in. Prospects are looking good that nbc will pick it up since it already has several scripts written. Hoping fir the best

  18. i absolutely LOVED Mockingbird Lane, couldn't keep my eyes off the TV. i have been looking for new news that CBS will take on the series and make there viewers happy, but no luck so far :( i realize it is a different kind of show for a different kind of audience but lets face it..this is a different time. People are excited by the supernatural and this is a beloved classic turned in to a whimsical delightful fairy tale. They could go far with the season if they would consider airing through the month of October and November i know they would see amazing rates. PLEASE SAVE MOCKINGBIRD LANE!!!
