  2. A great link with the success of 50 Shades. I just think Nick is acting like a kid, he should just grow up...

  3. He's not acting like a kid, he just needs to stop think that everyone is against him. Amaro should realize that Olivia already trusts him.
Amaro is going through a lot especially since his wife left him

  4. i never got into the Epi cause as soon as i saw the main character(the rape man) i recognized him but didnt know from where....OMG it bothered me the whole epi then afterwards i googled his name and he was from my old show "Desperate Housewives"...he played Bree's boyfriend from the Pharmacy in sea 1 & 2...oh boy was i so glad to find out, lol...☺...

  5. That doesn't make any sense, because of him?? I don't understand what you're trying to say

  6. I liked the epi...in fact i Love SVU.......But what i was trying to say is that i was pre-occupied the whole epi trying to figure out who this guy was....it was driving me crazy, i had a idea that he was from DH but couldnt place him.....☺....

    sorry u didn't understand what i was saying, Joanna.....☺.....

  7. I had high hopes for him. At first he was a good cop, good father that was raising his little girl by himself while his wife was in Afghanistan but now he's turning into an Eliot stabler and I don't like it. They didn't get rid of stabler to turn his replacement into a jerk.

  8. First of all Celine, he isn't turning into Stabler and second the show didn't get rid of Stabler; He retired. Third, Amaro is not a replacment. There never was a replacement for him how could there be.

    ReplyDelete
  9. He "retired because the producers refused to play meloni's game by giving him a raise. If they had agreed to give him more money Stabler would have stayed...And I think Nick is turning or maybe has always been like stabler. Anger and trust issue. I hope i'm wrong because I like the guy and I couldn't stand stabler or meloni and I hope he's going to get over himself.

  10. @Celine- That's actally not true, Chris left because he wasn't happy and wanted to move on to other acting projects. It had nothing to do with Money. Even if they did offer him more money, Meloni said in an interview he'd still leave. He was done being on SVU
I don't see why you think Amaro is like Stabler, he's not. His anger issues differ.
Stabler and Chris Meloni are two different people

  11. keep telling yourself that he didn't leave because of the money! it's well known that him and MH regularly threatened the prod to leave if they didn't give them more money but this time the prod refuse to play his little game. it's a well known fact.

  12. I just watched it and I have to say I loved the episode! Anna Chlumsky (My Girl 1+2) was amazing.

  13. He's not being mature, for sure. I mean, everybody is being nice to him and even though he keeps pushing them away. The way he treated his wife was also not so cool, I kinda think she was right by leaving him.

  14. whatever reason it was, it was too sudden and left the fans hanging. I had high hopes on Amaro and Rollins, but they are not developing as it should. I mean, Rollins is doing ok on her computer-related position at the precint and her addiction issues, but Amaro is only overreacting at things he could have simplified.

    ReplyDelete
  15. @Celine- Meloni wanted to move on, he was done with the series. There were other projects he wanted to pursue, it wasn't all about the money. That wasn't the thing that made him leave.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Well give them time to develop their stories! Rollins is a mysterious character and I see a lot of potential. Amaro is a good cop and is troubled but thankfully not as stabler was. Stabler was a moron and so is meloni, we're lucky he left. the show has never been better.

  17. They are so developing, give them a break it's their second season. All characters in tv shows are not fully developed until the forth season

  18. The " he wanted to pursue other opportunities" is the usual PR statement. Everyone knows he and mariska blackmail the production every time they re negotiate their contracts but this time producers didn't give in. It's a well known fact but believe what you want. if he had received the raise he wanted, he would have stayed.

  19. @Celine- I disagree, Meloni isn't a moron nor was Stabler.

    ReplyDelete
  20. I have to disagree. I also think that Amaro and Rollins can develop really well, but Stabler was a great character. Of course he wasn't perfect (no one could ever be) but he was an awesome cop, father and friend to the people at the precint. No one can ever say he wasn't - or Olivia wouldn't miss him so hard. I think they can make the new people even better than Stabler, but only if they stop making Amaro so whiny.

  21. stabler was a good cop? Come on his brain is smaller than a chicken's brain and he's a good father? Give me a break all his kids hate him, he didn't see them grow up!he was a moron, an abusive moron who used his fists to get confessions, not his head.

    ReplyDelete
  22. @Celine- I liked how compassinate he was towards the victims. That's it..

    ReplyDelete
  23. @Celine- Not nessarary, some actors choose to leave even if they are being paid what they want to. In this case, he did want to pursue other acting opperunities, Believe it or not, but Chris did go onto film movies after SVU. He also moved out of NYC.

    ReplyDelete
  24. believe what you want but his attitude towards money is well known. he would have stayed but hey be a fan girl and defend the guy, i truly dot care. the guy is a nobody anyway, has been on what one show?give it a couple of years and no one will remember him. He's not Mariska, doesn't have her talent or professional reputation.

    ReplyDelete
  25. I don't know what series you were watching but it wasn't L&O SVU. I mean, how can you think Stabler had no brain or that his kids hate him?

    ReplyDelete
  26. Well what's his name? Dickie said he hated him because he couldn't enlist and the other one, the one maurren I think or katleen who has bipolar disorder hates him too. Kathy only took him back because she was pregnant, that was clearly implied...

    ReplyDelete
  27. @Celine- He isn't a nobody. Second you are wrong, he has talent and unlike these stupid current pop stars, he will be remembered. Sorry but you have really no idea that he is a professional and has acting talent. People will always remember him.

    ReplyDelete
  28. Mariska is the talent of the show, every one knows that. He never won anything emmys or golden globes, I don't even think he's ever been nominated. he never received any recognition for his work on svu, that makes you wonder and yeah, he's not going anywhere with his career and that's not really his fault actually. He's always be seen as eliot stabler, period.

    ReplyDelete
  29. @Celine- I disagree, one doesn't need have talent to win an emmy. He has been recoginition for his work on SVU. He has been going places with his career, do some research. There are millions of actors/actresses that are wonderful but never win. It's the damn emmy people, who don't look harder. Two of Meloni's movies will be hitting theaters early next year. He is a big actor, a lot of people who he is. Mariska is wonderful yes, but everyone on that show has a lot of talent.

    ReplyDelete
  30. Kathy didn't take him back, Elliot did it because it was the right thing to do. As teenagers everyone hates their parents, it's normal. ..

    ReplyDelete
  31. Movies no one will ever hear about, come one. It's really hard for tv actors to continue a career after being on a show for that long and it's not even his fault. Many more talented actors failed and as talented as MH is she will alway sbe remembered as benson and probably won't be cast after the show ends and she's lucid enough to know it now I'm done talking with you. We'll see in a couple of years, no one will remember him.

    ReplyDelete
  32. we all said to our parents we hate them but that's not really true. When Stabler left, the kids were also all begging him to come back and asking Kathy all the time. And if Kathy "took him back" only because of her pregnancy then she is a bitch with no guts to raise a child by herself (which I don't think that was the case).

    ReplyDelete
  33. she already raised 4 kids on her own, one more..

    ReplyDelete
  34. so what? If you give up on your divorce with man you "hate" because of a child, then you have serious problems. But again, I don't think this is the case.
