  2. I hadn't thought of it like that. I like it.

  3. I liked this ep...there was a lot going on . More than just the case of the week which was actually a pretty interesting case. Loved Hank's observation with regard to the Grimm's journal entry that the passivity of that type of Wessen made them easy to kill. Yup. Nick is a Grimm for the 21st century.

All of the threads here made the ep go really fast. I paused at one point and was astonished to realize I was over half way in. It felt like I'd only watched a quarter of the ep. I'm really liking the way Adalind is being brought back in. The Captain and Juliette...still not a winner for me.

    awesome ep

  5. Love that we are getting to know Renard little by little this season.

  6. I'm really weirded out about Juliette and Renard... but I am enjoying getting to know him this season. Great episode.

  7. I was sad at those fine, young people dying. It was a sad commentary on the depth of evil in a "stage mom" who will go even as far as destroying her child to win.

Renard's affliction is fascinating. He's doomed to get worse and worse, unless he is able to bring Juliette with him so that Monroe can heal him of his obsession. (By the way, loved Monroe's "Let me get this straight: do you want to get an obsession, or get rid of one?").

Claire Coffee was breathtakingly gorgeous in this episode, and Frain didn't look so bad himself. Nice looking, evil couple. It will be interesting to follow the results of their teaming. And another mention of zither music!

  8. Those poor Galapagos turtle people! :( That was one of the things that stood out about this episode for me. And, of course, that poor kid's genes beings screwed up by his mom, so that he can't even do anything about the monster side of him. Sadly, I kinda wish Nick let the kid's death jump succeed. It might've been a more peaceful end for the kid, instead of letting his killer side learn to dominate more, while in prison. And yeah, I was sad about all those innocent, smart, seemingly good kids die, and such gruesome deaths too! I'm totally not into seeing more Captain and Juliette. That's just wrong, and weirding me out.
