  2. Yeah I agree. The first 20 minutes of this episode sucked, there was no talking and everything was over played with music. However I too did enjoy the second half, but just ended up falling a little flat for me

  3. I must be easy to please because I enjoyed it. For one thing, it forced me to not pay attention to my phone and laptop and focus on the show to watch the facial expressions and actions that were all going on. Also, in my opinion anyway, the way the scenes were arranged and written, no dialogue was needed; just about all the scenes would've been silent with music in any other CSI: NY episode. Music can tell a story just as much as dialogue can. Two episodes of another one of my shows ended very similarly to this first half hour of the episode: no dialogue (although the characters' lips moved) and music and facial expressions to tell you what was going on. I think it's a great storytelling tactic.

  4. I went Poor. I couldn't follow the episode. The only thing that prevented me from giving it an Awful was the storyline with the little girl that was shot. Flack reacted really well to that, and I thought they did well there, and they've left it on edge to see how he fares later on in the season once he's processed it. CSI:NY, please, never do an episode like that again.

  5. Well as I am not interested in the Messer family dynamics and I dont like Green day the ep was a bit of a non starter for me. It was okay but I could have missed out large chunks of it and not missed anything. Meh!
