    Another outstanding ep that I loved! Kudos again to the writers for the awesome dialogue between Castle/Beckett with the stutters, pauses and awkward hesitations, the secret can’t be unknown for too much longer. Loved the reactions of our secret cduo as they had plenty to think about from the suspects decribing the exciting pros and stressful cons of a relationship on the down low. And how awesome were the reactions of “green eyed Kate” as she was talking to the tv screen to will Castle into not accepting a date with the reporter, and then her facial reaction to when she kicked down Castle’s door and got the sight of “her boobs on his face” - reminded me so much of her face back in S2(?) when she snuck away into the bathroom to read the sex scene in the first Nikki Heat book and Castle busted her…. Classic. Loved all of the Espo/Ryan bits too with the tension, to Espo’s disgust with Ryan’s lack of manliness by wearing makeup (sorry - tinited moisturizer) and reading the celebrity gossip rags and enjoying them… great stuff, awesome episode!

    Oh my gosh, Beckett's face when the entertainment reporter asked Castle out... if looks could kill, that lady'd be the precinct's next murder vic. Overall, another great installment of Castle. I'm especially glad that Esposito and Ryan made up. My heart hurts when they're fighting!

    I don't think it was about planting doubt for the characters. I mean, it did but that wasn't the point. For me it felt like they wanted to show the audience that their relationship is something they care about and want to protect. They just don't know how yet and we get to be along for that ride.

    Yeah though I do think it highlighted Beckett's insecurity still when it comes to Castle. I think we might get more of that in the 5th episode which deals with Castle being (set up?) accused of murder. Either way I loved that talk, it was progress for both of the. All their past conflicts and near-misses were the result of not talking on a personal level.


    He's still gonna end up sleeping on the couch tonight I'm afraid XD

    It was a fun episode, i loved it of course. There is just one thing...
    Last season Kate talked with Lanie about Castle, and "what if I waited too long". Now she thinks Beckett is sleeping with someone and her firts thought isn't castle?
    And Ryan and Espo aren't a bit curious about why Castle suddenly started dating other people when whole season 4 he was single?

    Lanie thought Kate had a thing for Castle for a long time and Beckett still dated other guys in the meantime, so nothing odd here.
    For all Ryan and Espo know Castle might have had some one night stands past year. And it was obvious that reporter was no long term relationship material. ;]

    I really loved to be able to see vulnerable Beckett again, showing Castle throughout the episode that she was jealous.
    I also loved to see Stana act Beckett's insecurity so well in the scene where it becomes clear (also to Castle IMO) that Beckett wasn't 100% sure that Castle wasn't going to sleep with the reporter/other women. It was as if Beckett really wanted to believe that but wanted Castle to reassure her, so she threw in the sentence "the last thing I want to do is to worry about you with other women" in order to see how Castle was going to react. Castle told her he wouldn't and Beckett wasn't really convincing while saying "I know", which Castle seemed to realize. It was a sweet scene.
    While I know that there will be episodes in the future in which the main relationship topic will be Beckett's difficulties on being open in a relationship, I was surprised to see that she is already opening up. Her hair was super cute in the last scene too.

    Hello to all out there, I´m new here and I´m from germany, I so badly wanted to watch this episode but the Livestream only showed me a stupid black backround. Does anyone have an idea where i can watch 5th season??? Or could anyone post something on youtube not just for me but for all the german fans. Was the episode really that good???

    Hey genau bei der adresse hab ich es gestern bzw heute früh schauen wollen und hatte eben nur diesen dämlichen schwarzen Hintergrund. Muss ich da noch irgendetwas installieren oder was?? Weil letzte Woche hat es ohne Probleme funktioniert.:-((

    If any other show did what Castle did in this episode, I would've groaned a little and said "that was too heavy-handed, show some subtlety, guys." But through the magic of a brilliant show, I didn't care. Yes it was a little on-the-nose as far as the suspects having very pointed things to say about secret office romances, but somehow Castle made it so it wasn't objectionable. Not the first time I've enjoyed an episode of Castle and thought "if anyone else did that it would've sucked." Probable not the last.

    Hey cool noch eine andere Möglichkeit, habs unter der ersten adresse probiert und da funktioniert es a echt super. Trotzdem danke i werd es da auch einfach mal probieren und die Folge war echt super. Ich glaube aber die nächsze wird a ganz witzig werden.

    I agree that Lanie should be more suspicious - but only because of the looks they kept throwing at each other in the morgue. It was a tell tale sign when Kate peered at Castle after Lanie came up with her sex remark. :)

    There was a little too much anvil dropping this episode but I enjoyed it on the whole. The banter between Castle and Beckett and I loved the ending where it was 'too soon' for Beckett - lol! Best part was Ryan and Espo being ok at the end. Those two should not be fighting!!

    i loved this episode. the case was very cool, cool guest stars, cool banter between ryan and esposito, and amazing banter between becket and castle. it feels season 1 and 2 again. them getting back together actually brought back their chemistry. Really cool. I was smiling the whole time ahah
