It was ok,It felt more like a filler episode, and i actually thought Brennan was a little ridiculous with this running for president bit.Don't know why but the whole show annoyed me except for when Sweets finally ended it with Daisy! After so many years of Daisy i had enough of her too...bitching done.
Eh, I thought the whole political undercurrent was a little annoying. I get that it's election season, but not every show has to comment on it... and this wasn't really relevant. And I'm not sad to see the end of Sweets and Daisy. I've never been a fan of hers, and wouldn't be sorry to see her leave the show completely.
Actually, since so much of our current political climate is absurd, I found this episode of Bones very amusing. She's at least as qualified to be president as our current one is. Think about it--she has studied cultures throughout history; she probably would be an excellent debater; she is passionate about what she believes in. But she IS socially awkward--that would be her biggest problem, and she doesn't understand economics
I too was relieved to have Sweets finally break up with Daisy, though I felt that Sweets was pretty dim for a psychologist to be so clueless about Daisy's feelings about moving in together. This was one time where I actually felt sorry for Daisy. She deserves better--someone who's not afraid of commitment. Booth is committed to Bones, no matter what! Sweets, mehhh.
OH my! Loved this episode! When your country is going through an essential movement, you all are affected by it. IT only makes sense that you talk on that issue, which is why I didnt find this episode to be absurd at all. When she finds tiger carcass, I couldnt tell if it was Real Emily or her character, because she is so supportive of animal rights herself. I am glad to see Daisy and Sweets break up because I never really liked her or their love story. I hope he gets on with that FBI lady from last episode. Hodgins was his usual brilliant self and I loved it. In all, a Fun episode. That Jiggle at the end that Booth did, left me with a big smile on my face. :D
I enjoyed Bones' little foray into politics. And as much as I've never liked Daisy much, her face when Sweets broke up with her was a little heartbreaking.
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
