Really, really excited for episode 9. So glad they're using Barbara Hershey/Cora a lot this season and this has to be her first big character centric episode. It may also be the last episode before the winter break so I could see it ending with the cliffhanger of Cora arriving in Storybrooke.
Exactly what I thought... If it's true, then, I can't wait for a Mermaid backstory and a little more of Jefferson's backstory. Maybe this time it'll involve Alice finally.
Cora arriving in Storybrooke? EPIC! If 9 is the last episode before winter break (it's 10 for some shows), I can see Emma and Mary Margaret/Snow returning to SB and Cora sneaking in with them but hiding herself first. Can't wait!
This might not be recurring. However, you're right: usually I see articles announcing guest spots approximately around the time that the episode is filming. In some cases, (like I think with Hook) it's announced even before. I have yet to see anything on Ariel being cast so I'm guessing they want to keep it way under wraps or the episode is about something different. Or, ya know, they were waiting for Animal Practice to be cancelled so they could cast Joanna Garcia and that'll be announced next week :)
NOTE: Name-calling, personal attacks, spamming, excessive self-promotion, condescending pomposity, general assiness, racism, sexism, any-other-ism, homophobia, acrophobia, and destructive (versus constructive) criticism will get you BANNED from the party.
No clue what 2.08 could be about, but yay for Wonderland in 2.09!
ReplyDeleteThe little mermaid maybe?
ReplyDeleteSweet!!!!!!
ReplyDelete2.08 probably is the episode where who ever it is, goes into the deep rabbit hole, then the next episode we meet the queen of hearts.
ReplyDeleteStill really hoping that because Barbara Hershey is appearing in episodes for November and December that Cora really is the Queen of Hearts.
ReplyDeleteThat was my first thought but we usually see casting notices for recurring unless they're keeping it way under wraps.
ReplyDeleteI guess Jefferson makes an appearance in 2x09 since it's a wonderland episode!
ReplyDeleteHoping for a Cora-centric episode 9!
ReplyDeleteNice titles!
ReplyDeleteQueen of hearts! Means: Wonderland! Means: Jefferson?! Yes, please!
ReplyDeleteQueen of Hearts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteQueen of Hearts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! *faints* That ought to be Regina-centric or Cora-centric, either way: woohoo! :D

ReplyDeleteIt might have something to do with the little mermaid since she has been brought up . Or Hook! I hope Hook.....
ReplyDeleteInto the deep = little mermaid?
ReplyDeleteQueen of Hearts - Must set in Wonderland of course. Will be great to get to understand what is going on there.

ReplyDeleteMy thoughts exactly. All of it. So looking forward to this!

ReplyDeleteMaybe. I mean, 2x08 has already been filmed though.
