NIKITA STRUGGLES WITH HER ROLE IN THE NEW DIVISION — When Ryan (Noah Bean) tells Nikita (Maggie Q) an undercover agent has been arrested and they need to extract her from prison, Nikita questions why Division is continuing to run Percy’s old missions. Nikita, Michael (Shane West) and Sean (Dillon Casey) attempt to stop a terrorist attack but are one man down after Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) is shot. Meanwhile, Birkhoff (Aaron Stanford) and Sonia (guest star Lyndie Greenwood) continue to bicker. Danny Cannon directed the episode written by Carlos Coto (#302).

    Well Nikita is right. Why are they continuing on Percy's missions? Surely they need to dismantle them, not continue with them?

    Makes me curious if Ryan isn't really as a good a guy as we thought..just seems fishy and I hope nikki, mike, birhoff and Sonia and Alex and Sean can keep their eyes open in case something happens.

    Nice to finally get a mention of Sean.
    I, too, wonder why they're going on a "Percy mission" but I bet it's a more complicated situation than the synopsis lets on. Ryan and Nikita have very different views and beliefs and I'm sure those will continue to feed into their disagreements over how to run Division. I don't think Ryan will become the new Percy by any means, just that he's very much a "company man" who follows orders and operates by the book a little too blindly for Nikita's taste.

    It wasn't all of Percy's missions that made Division corrupt, it was the man himself. I can see how Percy would have some missions in effect that could now actually benefit the US with Division under a new command structure.

    See that is probably why Ryan is continuing some missions. I'm sure he wouldn't do the ones Percy was doing for money- those were usually the corrupt ones.
