"We didn't start talking about [Taken 3] until we saw the numbers," Taken screenwriter Kamen told Hollywood.com. "But then we said, 'Oh, OK. I think we should do a third one'. And Fox wants us to do a third one." In the first Taken, Neeson's character Bryan Mills' daughter was taken. In Taken 2, he and his wife were taken. In Taken 3…. "We've taken everyone we can take — it's going to go in another direction. Should be interesting."

went to check Taken 2 out yesterday and got to say it wasn't all that and now taken 3?! god stop milking it fox!
ReplyDeleteMaybe if they had taken it in another direction for #2 it would have been better received for a 3rd installment... The first one was enough for me, but I'm sure it will still make money.
ReplyDeleteTakin money out of your pocket if you go see 2 or god forbid 3.
ReplyDeleteWho will they take now? Since they have nobody else to take, why even call it Taken?
ReplyDeleteTaken series is like Hangover series. It's a cool idea for one movie, but you can't realistically have the same thing happen to the characters again and again.
ReplyDeleteTaken 2 was reaaaally cool!!!!And 1 of course.I wouldn't mind watching a 3rd one :)
ReplyDeletetaken 2 was good but has nothing on the 1st one. taken 3 is milking it!
