    My thoughts exactly. The real competition should be between Ted and Barney for who would stand as the godfather, sign his name on the baptismal certificate, etc.

    This exactly! I have three sets of godparents and and one official set on the form. My mom said she specifically spoke to the priest about it, and he said that was fine.
