    Is Bitsie fluent in Spanish? Sure sounds like it. I think I read somewhere she grew up in Spain and Argentina. I would have preferred subtitles so I can understand what they're saying, even if they translate for Nick and Hank. No one in the department speaks Spanish- no translator on standby?

    She doesn't have much of an accent, if any... Spanish is my third language, so just because I can't hear an accent doesn't necessarily mean she doesn't have one. Still, if she doesn't speak Spanish, she must have worked really, really hard to get her pronunciation this good. And I found it sort of weird that they don't have subtitles... especially since she doesn't translate everything and she says some semi important stuff.

    I have to say her Spanish is reaaaally goog! That's nice :D

    And well, here you have a little transcript of the conversation (Spanish and not English is my first language, so sorry if some things don't make a lot of sense)

    - Are you with the police?
    - No, I'm friends with the police
    - How come you speak Spanish so well?
    - My grandmother is Spanish, I lived with her as a child.
    - This is a disgrace. Rafael is a good boy.
    - I know it. This is very sad.
    - (She) always takes the good ones away. You have to tell the police I know who took Rafael away.
    [english]
    - She doesn't know what she's talking about. You're not helping.
    [english]
    - Tell me, what do you know?
    - The woman who took Rafael away is La Llorona.
    - Don't start again. She doesn't know what she's saying!

    the american actress speaking is NOT her voice in spanish...it was dubbed....and im sure when we see it on NBC, the show will sub-titled for us americans to understand whats going on....☺....

    Are you sure? Sometimes a voice sounds different depending on the language that the person is speaking because of the emphasis on different aspects of the pronounciation.

    Bitsy Tulloch is fluent in Spanish, due to growing up in Spain for part of her childhood. It's definitly her voice and not dubbed. And Grimm is notorious for only subtitling when it is absolutely necessary. When Monroe says or reads something in German, he only translates half of the stuff too, and it's never subtitled.

    She has a bit of accent but her pronunciation is very good.She is not a native speaker but still very good. I say this as a native speaker myself. What she doesn't have, thankfully, is a Mexican accent which is what I think many Americans are used.
