Elementary‘s Captain Gregson is in for a little bit of Roughness.

Callie Thorne, who plays therapist Dani Santino on USA’s Necessary Roughness, will guest star on CBS’ contemporary Sherlock Holmes drama as Gregson’s former partner, sources tell TVLine exclusively.

Her character, Terry D’Amico, is a veteran NYPD detective who shows up in Episode 6 amid discussion that she and the captain (Aidan Quinn) imprisoned the wrong man for a string of deadly home invasions years ago.

Wow, second guest star news in one day. Man, they really are attempting

Nice. Love her. And it would seem she's not playing a crazy person like she tends to do when she shows up on a Law & Order show.
