    So Alexis walks into the scene at the start, and she was there the whole time. Unless she was hungover (again) I don't see how she didn't overhear it all?


    Lmao at Martha though, mother knows all indeed. And Castle thought he was being so clever hiding Beckett in that closet (and her escaping through that door)

    "Yeah, you already like me." It's been over a year, but it looks like Castle finally got Gates to hate him a little less. Excellent timing, too. And of course Martha already knows. The woman's almost psychic in her intuitive powers, and Beckett was standing right there. I knew Martha would be first, but will Alexis or Lanie be second?

    Yeah, Alexis was there from the start but I can imagine she didn't hear the conversation because Castle started to whisper and from the first shot of the scene it seems the distance between Alexis and them is enough. It's more weird that if she didn't hear the whole conversation why she reacted for the last sentence Martha said. She was still whispering. Other than that I like this sneak peek, also it's typical Castle when he said he has learnt so much from his sex talk with Alexis, haha. And now I have to rewatch first episode and take a closer look to Martha's reaction when she walks in.
    The other two sneak peeks are also good.

    Martha wins the coveted prize of being the first to know, even sooner that we thought she would i.e. exactly on the morning after! Now it has yet to be seen who in the gang will be the first to find out...

    And........Castle finally melts Gates! Pretty funny scene, LOL.

    In a way, I'm not surprised that Martha knew right from the start. Castle was very anxious when trying to hide Beckett. Not very secretive. I just hope that Alexis is happy for her dad when he tells her.


    Again: what the hell Gates? I know collectors get excited for a new find - especially items that are hard to find and/or haven't been seen since the collector's childhood - but this threw me off. Seemed out of personality for here, which was probably the writers' point.
